Spritzgebäck is a declisious type of biscuit, often eaten around Christmas time. Here's how you can make your own!
100g cooking chocolate
75g ground almonds
You'll also need a piping bag.
Pre-heat the oven to 200°C. Mix the flour with the butter, sugar, eggs, a pinch of vanilla sugar (to taste) and two to three drops of almond oil to make a dough. Then stir in the ground almonds until the dough is firm. Fill the piping bag with the dough. Line a baking tray with baking paper, then squeeze on the dough from the piping bag to form little strips or curls. Bake the biscuits for around 10 minutes, then take them out of the oven and allow to cool. Then melt the cooking chocolate and dip the biscuits in the chocolate. Once the chocolate has set, serve and enjoy!
